Another New AI Agent Dropped. Here’s the One Thing It’s Actually Good At

Show Notes

Meta released a new AI agent framework called Muse. There will probably be another one next week, and another the week after. If you try to rebuild your business around every new agent, you'll get whiplash and never get traction.

Scott's approach: Don't chase them. Learn what each one is good at, and use it for that.

What Muse does well: It's tightly integrated with Facebook and Instagram. Scott gave it a link to a Chipley, Florida property on Landmodo (0.66 acres, owner financed, $200 down, $229/month). Muse pulled the photos and details, drafted a Facebook Marketplace listing, and asked for approval before posting.

What Muse doesn't do: It's a single "God mode" agent. You can't build multi-agent workflows the way you can with Grokbot or Hermes.

The bigger opportunity: Connect Facebook Messenger, then have Muse check for new messages every 30 minutes during business hours and auto-reply with your next step, like a link to your website.

Coming up: Scott plans to have his Grokbot agents hand new listings to Muse automatically, and he'll map that workflow out on a future episode.

The takeaway: Check out Muse if you sell on Facebook Marketplace. But don't build your whole business on it.

Guess what? There's a new AI agent framework that was released called Muse. It's by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, whatever, whatever. Guess what? There's probably going to be another one released this week and next week, and as business owners, we're going to get whiplash trying to keep up. But there is a specific use case that I want to talk about and demo in this video. And so we're going to do that. Welcome to Fix My Business.

I'm your host, Scott Todd. I have built multiple seven-figure businesses after leaving my Fortune 300 VP job about 10 years ago. And this channel is dedicated to helping you do the same thing. I want you to build a business that you can win at. Now, from here on out, we're gonna keep getting these new AI agents that that are the greatest thing. And again, if you listen to the AI influencers, they're gonna

You're gonna get dizzy. You're gonna get dizzy because you're gonna be trying to build businesses and your business workflows on these specific agents. And guess what's gonna happen? Next week a new one's gonna come out. You're gonna get shiny object syndrome and feel like you're missing out. FOMO's gonna kick in and you're gonna be like, I gotta go do this next one. And you're never gonna get traction within these AI agents because you're always chasing well, the next thing. And I don't want you to do that.

But I do want you to make sure that you're kind of learning what some of these AI agent platforms can do and what they can't do. Because I'm not asking you to chase them or to change the way that you work. I just want you to know that sometimes they have different strengths over the other ones. I've been testing Muse, Facebook's Muse for a while, and I like it. Right? Like it's super simple and if

You go back to January when Open Claw came out. I gotta tell ya, I spent literally six hours trying to get the first AI agent up. It was it was it was a painful Sunday. I won't forget it.

Now it's as easy as like logging in with your Facebook account or your, you know, X account and the AI agent just starts working for you. They've made it simple. And that's cool. That's a win. But the Muse one, I think, has some things I don't like about it, but there's also something that I do like and I want to talk about it. And not only do I want to talk about it, I want to demo it for you. So here's the thing.

Because Muse is so integrated with Meta, Facebook and Instagram, it's got stuff dialed in. And so many of you in my audience use Facebook Marketplace in order to sell things, sell properties, list properties. And look, I think that you should be listing on Land Moto. If you have real estate for sale with owner financing, absolutely you should be on Land Moto because that is the platform for owner finance properties. But that said,

I also know that you want to be everywhere. And there's one thing that I started testing over the weekend with Facebook Muse, I shouldn't say Facebook, with Metas Muse. It's listing on marketplace. And I have to tell you something. It's super, super simple. You basically tell it what you want to sell and it just drafts it for you and sends it. And that's what I want to show in this particular video. We're gonna go do that. So

This is this is Facebook's Muse or X Muse's Meta's Muse, okay? And it's it's a very, very simple user interface. And unlike other platforms or AI agents where you have multiple, multiple agents, in this case, you have one agent. I've never renamed him. He still named Muse up there with the default icon. I like them. I also want I'm not changing them either because I want to remind myself I'm talking to Muse, which is Meta.

But one of the things that's cool about this is okay, you have your feed. Your feed becomes news that's important to you based on how it interacts with you. So look, I had Facebook as a as a as a test. I listed on Facebook Marketplace, a surface laptop for sale that I have for sale. By the way, it's cleared off. You can't get all my information, but it it I'm I'm like, go sell this thing. Well, it put it up there, all of a sudden it knows I'm interested in that. And it also knows that I'm interested in the Robotaxi. It's

interested in news it's bringing to me, it's gonna learn more about me on that piece, which is okay, that's kind of cool. But this whole interface here where you're where you interact with one agent, it's super, super simple, super simple to interact with this one agent. But what I miss is being able to build workflows. That's what GrockBot I think has over and so does Hermes. They give you the ability to build multiple, multiple agents that then work together.

And in this case, Muse is what you might call God mode. He's like in charge of just running the whole show.

But you'll notice in blue right there, I said, Hey, I have a piece of land in Florida. I want to list it in the marketplace. Can you do it? It said, Yeah, I can do it. What's the property? Now it knows my connection with Landmodo It says, give me the address or a link to it on Landmodo So I was like, Hold on, hold on, we're gonna go do this. So I'm gonna give it a link to a property on Landmodo I've got this over here and it's asking for the price, the pictures. So I'm gonna say, hey,

Here's the property.

let's keep going. And let's see, what are we gonna do here? I'm gonna say grab the pictures from the from the listing. Let's see if it will do that. I don't know if it'll do that or not. The price on this one is what are we gonna do here? It's 200 down and two twenty nine a month. So let's just tell it owner financing.

Two hundred down.

Two twenty nine a month.

And it's point six six acres.

And it's in Chipley.

So we're just gonna give it. Go let's go see what happens. I haven't tried listing a property on marketplace. I have listed some tech that I wanted to try to sell and also a tube, a toable tube behind the boat, but let's go see what happens.

Okay, it's on it. I'm pulling the full details and photo from that Chipley listing now. Once I have it, I'll draft the marketplace listing for your approval before anything goes live. Okay, so up at the top up there it says it's extracting data. Okay, I can see the browser here. I can open up the browser if I wanted to and see what it's doing. And I don't know, he's working, the little guy up there is working. We're just gonna see what happens.

He's setting up the files, he's reading the photos.

Okay, he's got everything. Ten real photos. Okay, he's lifting us a draft headline point six six acres, homes home site, Ghibli, two hundred down, two hundred a month, okay. Description, there we go. Okay, cash price, no HOA he did it. He did it. Okay. Facebook require condition. Facebook requires one, but none of the okay fit vacant land. So I'm gonna use new. Yeah, new.

It's new. It's new. New to you. Okay. Price. Price field I used the thirteen. Okay, that's fine. Doc V

I'm just gonna tell it to ignore the doc V.

Okay.

And see, this is the thing.

Muse is really good because of the interaction with Facebook. It's really, really good at getting stuff like this posted. It's just made your life a lot easier if you post on Facebook Marketplace. And it says, Hey, do you do I want to allow it? Yeah, let's go. Allow.

So it's requested approval. Come on. Come on. This is easy.

Because of the inner inner integration. Now, the other thing I'm gonna show you when this actually gets posted is another something cool that we can do, which is okay, it says it's created, it's submitted for review, it's not live yet because it's gotta be reviewed. here's the ID number. I checked messenger still showing connected. So any buyer inquiries on this one will come through here. Do you want me to keep an eye on the inbox? And this is the thing.

I connected my Facebook Messenger to this. And you can tell it, hey, every 30 minutes, scan during business hours or whatever you want. Don't do it 24 hours a day. But you could. I mean, you could. I'll tell you why about the pricing in a minute. But see, the thing is, is like because of the interaction, you can go in there and you can say, Hey, every 30 minutes I want you to scan for a new message and auto-reply. Auto reply with a link to my website, auto-reply with

You know, yes, it's still available. Here's the link to my website or start a conversation. Whatever it is that your next action is, you can teach it to go do that. And that's the thing that I find so powerful about Muse is that it is sp it's not necessarily going to fit into my entire workflow of what I've created on Grokbot. But what it's going to do is it's going to fit in to serve a specific purpose. And the thing about Muse is that they are giving away a

Boatload of tokens for free. You won't you'll barely even if you needed to upgrade, it's $20 a month. Even if you wanted the max plan as $80 a month, I don't think you're gonna need it. I really don't think you're gonna need it if you have it as a special circumstance. So if you can see the use cases for this for your business, I think you should do it. Now, there is another thing that we can do, and I haven't done it yet. I will do it, which is I will have my Grok bot.

a Grockbot communicate with Muse to say, hey, here's the next properties that we want listed. So I will set that up through an integration to where it pushes it over to them and says, hey, list this property now on Facebook Marketplace. Absolutely I'm going to do that without a doubt. Maybe I'll show that to you in next week's video. Maybe we'll set it up together because I want to map it out and I want to show you how I map that out as well. So we'll go build that in our next week's video.

But you need to check out Muse. But I don't know that you need to build your entire business on it. That's the thing, is check it out, especially if you're using Facebook Marketplace or doing something else as well. All right. That's it for this episode. if you have a business question, you have an idea, head over to Scott Todd dot net forward slash ask. And I'll be happy to address that on a future episode. Always enjoy spending time with you, and I'll see you next week.
