Erik: Read the book Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion, and Purpose by Tony Hsieh. It’s about Zappos and basically how you built a business and brought it to what it is today. It’s highly focused on customer service.

Mike: “I find mucking stalls strangely similar to raking a zen garden.” Automating your systems, automating something in your life that’s difficult doesn’t have to be dreadful. Take the time, enjoy the process, document what you’re doing, and then automate that one small part.
